Cancellation Policy
To respect our time and provide the best service to all clients, Svyn Beauty & Esthetics has implemented the following policy.
Cancellation Policy
• Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may transfer the deposit one time to a rescheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may incur additional charges.
No-Show Policy
• No-shows will result in a non-refundable deposit and may incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
• Repeated no-shows will require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
• Arrivals 10 minutes or more past your appointment time will result in a no-show status (non-refundable deposit)
Right to Decline Service: SVYN Beauty & Esthetics reserves the right to decline or discontinue services.
No Refunds: All deposits, payments, service purchases, and packages are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
